LARP — Nondiscrimination Policy
Last updated: August 18, 2026
LARP is for everyone. We want every Owner and Creator to be treated with respect. Discrimination has no place in the LARP community.
1. Our commitment
LARP welcomes people of every background. We expect all Users — Owners and Creators alike — to treat each other fairly and without bias, on the platform and at in-person Sessions.
2. What's prohibited
You may not refuse to book, refuse to host, cancel, charge differently, harass, or otherwise treat a person less favorably because of their actual or perceived race, color, ethnicity, national origin, ancestry, religion, sex, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, marital status, age, disability, medical condition, genetic information, military or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
This applies to Listings, pricing, communications, accepting or declining bookings, conduct at Sessions, and reviews.
3. Reasonable, non-discriminatory limits
Declining or limiting a booking is acceptable when it's based on genuine, even-handed reasons unrelated to protected characteristics — for example, scheduling conflicts, a request that violates the Community Guidelines or the no-drive rule, safety concerns, or a shoot the Owner isn't comfortable hosting. These reasons must be applied consistently.
4. Reporting and consequences
If you believe you've experienced discrimination on LARP, report it in the app (you can report any listing or user) or email us at admin@larp.global. We act on reports within 24 hours. Violations may lead to content removal, suspension, or permanent removal from LARP, consistent with the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
