Delete your account

LARP is a marketplace for stationary photo and video sessions with specialty vehicles — nobody drives. This page explains how to delete your LARP account and the data tied to it.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

Open LARP and sign in.
Go to Profile → Settings.
Scroll down and tap Delete account.
Confirm twice. Your account is deleted and you're signed out.

One condition: deletion cannot complete while money is still owed to or from you — an unsettled payout, a pending refund, or an open damage claim must settle first. Once those clear, deletion goes through.

Request deletion by email

Can't access the app? Email admin@larp.global from the address on your account with the subject "Account deletion request." We action verified requests within the time required by applicable law.

What gets deleted

Your profile, photo, and verification status
Your listings and their photos
Your bookings, messages, and reviews — except booking records tied to payments, disputes, or legal obligations, which are retained (see below)
Saved cars, blocks, and reports you filed
Your Stripe payout connection (where applicable)

What we may retain, and for how long

Booking records tied to payments, disputes, or legal obligations are archived and retained after deletion, and we also retain records of the consents you gave. We keep these, along with related transaction records held by our payments processor, Stripe, for as long as legal, tax, and anti-fraud obligations require. These records are not used to re-identify you in the app.
